The initial selection process consists of check and verification of education, physical standards, appearance, body language and background of the candidates.
The aptitudes test consists of various verbal and written tests to determine the candidate's ability to adapt security duties and his acumen for vigilance and his ability to withstand various crisis management situations.
A detailed verification of the candidate is carried out in two parts a verification check by the Westech team and other part is of police verification of the candidates.

In addition to lessons on basic guarding skills they are taught the basics of First Aid, fire fighting and Self Defence. The training process is ongoing and progressive throughout the em¬ployees’ career to refresh and further develop their knowledge.
